Our story
We grew up beside the gardens.
Namhah started because we were tired of seeing ‘Assam tea’ on shelves in Mumbai and Delhi that had passed through six middlemen before reaching the buyer. We’re from Assam. The tea gardens here are not a marketing line for us — they’re the landscape we grew up in.
Today we work directly with sixteen estates across Assam, Darjeeling and the surrounding regions. Every batch we sell, we’ve tasted ourselves before it reaches you. Every package is shipped from our Guwahati warehouse, the same city where our retail store sits on GS Road.
