Blooming Tea

Blooming teas originating from the Yunnan State consists of dried leaves and flowers. The leaves usually gets plucked during early spring before the buds gets opened. After that the leaves are sewn and fixed with flowers like Chrysanthemum, Lily, Jasmine, Hibiscus, Lavender, Puerh Teas. Then the leaves gets shaped into either cones, balls or mushrooms and burned. After that it gets sealed with freshness and immersed into the boiling water.

After immersing in the boiling water, the ball starts expanding , leaves spreading, flowers immersing from the centre similarly looking like a blooming flower. That is why ,this tea gets named as Blooming tea. Lets take a view on the health benefits of various types of Blooming teas:
