Appearance: Reddish-amber liquor — darker and more robust than typical Darjeeling.

Aroma: Warm and inviting with muscatel notes and a hint of toasted grain.

Flavour: Bridges Assam’s boldness and Darjeeling’s elegance. Muscatel grape notes with a warmer, deeper backbone. More robust than standard Darjeeling but with the complexity of hill-grown tea.

Body: Medium-full. More substantial than typical Darjeeling.

Finish: Long and warming with light astringency. Satisfying.

Tea: 1 heaped tsp per cup | Water: 200ml at 90°C | Steep: 3–4 min | Can handle a small splash of milk unlike most Darjeeling teas. Also excellent plain.
