Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What makes yellow tea rare?
A: The sealed yellowing process is extremely labour-intensive and time-consuming. Very few estates worldwide produce yellow tea. Production quantities are tiny compared to green, black, or white teas.
Q: How is it different from green tea?
A: Yellow tea undergoes an extra step (sealed yellowing) that removes grassiness and adds a mellow, toasted sweetness. It is smoother and more forgiving to brew than green tea

Rohan Arora –
it would be really nice if you could write a little about the tea garden it was procured from.

Hi Rohan,
We select produce from different gardens and we select only the best one’s so the product may be of different gardens in different times of the year depending on quality. So we dont mention the name of the garden and keep the product quality same.
