Drinking Fennel Tea Regularly Prevents Constipation

  1.  In a pan, take one teaspoon of dried fennel seeds and add one cup of hot water on it
  2. Do not boil the fennel seeds as this would kill most of its nutrients.Now, cover it and it rest for 10- 15 minutes. A light yellow infusion occurs.
  3. Pour it in a cup and drink it three times a day. The best time to drink this tea is after meals, as it will help treat your digestion problems and the sweet taste serve as a wonderful after dinner.
