Tasting Notes:
The liquor is medium-bodied, quite smooth and tipped with sweet floral flavours. Notes similar to stewed tree fruit is perceived immediately which subsides slowly to reveal gentler floral flavours, thereby enhancing the crispness of the cup. The finish is woody; however soft notes of fruit tart emerge and linger on for a while on the palate.
