The liquor is full bodied, brisk, feels ample in the mouth. It starts with crisp notes of plum and black grapes which gradually grows big and renders a distinct character to the cup. Towards the middle and around the edges, the tartness is punctuated by undertones of oak wood and dried drupes which enlivens the cup beautifully. A soft note of black currant lingers on in the aftertaste.
