Traditionally herbal teas used for reducing bloating. As per recent study, it has been found out that bloating affects 30-40% people.
1.Ginger Tea- Made from the thick roots , the Zingiber officinale plant, ginger tea was used for stomach-related diseases. Useful in reducing bloating, gas, bowel movements, proper digestion because of the compound known as gingerols present in tea. So in order to make tea, ingredients required are dried ginger root, a cup boiled water. Use 1/4–1/2 dried ginger powder, a cup boiled water. Infuse at least 5 minutes. Since ginger tea has spicy flavor, so use honey.
3. Lemon balm- Lemony scent, flavor with hints of mint, since it belongs to the mint family. Studies show lemon balm tea relieves bloating, gas, constipation , digestive symptoms . To make this tea, all you need is 3 grams dried lemon balm leaves, a cup boiled water. Infuse a tablespoon dried lemon balm leaves in a cup boiled water for at least 10 minutes.
